Go the menu panel on the left hand side and select "Administration".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;2.  Select "Add Members"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;3.  There are three options:  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;The first option "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;font-family:arial;" &gt;invite users&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;" is appropriate to inviting non staff members, such as partners and outsourcing agents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;The second option "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;font-family:arial;" &gt;add members by invitation&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;" is suitable for inviting members of staff, who already have an appropriate email address.  You simply invite by email - the member will appear in your member list as pending members, but will not be full members until they register and complete their profile.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;The third option "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;font-family:arial;" &gt;create new member accounts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;" is the one I recommend for administrators.  Here you have complete control and will need to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;font-family:arial;" &gt;fill in the user's name&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt; and the &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;font-family:arial;" &gt;company email address assigned to that person&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;font-family:arial;" &gt;select an appropriate login name and then select a password&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt; (but you need to remember this - something easy like "password", "changeme" or something similar) because once the new member logs in, he/she should be encouraged to change the password to something else that he/she is likely to remember, as this is only a temporary password. You can then send your client either daily or weekly reports of all the activities completed on his behalf, which in turn can support an end of month invoice.  You can also send links directly to your client to view his PIM and access links to documents you have created on his behalf. They see your availability   when they schedule a meeting, add your name as a Participant, and click&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Check Availability&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;However they   are not allowed to see any details about the events on your Calendar,   not even the titles of the events. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-family: arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 153);" face="arial"&gt;The only time another member/colleague can see a detailed view of what's in your   Calendar is when you share your Calendar with that member/colleague. Not even administrators   can see your personal Calendar events, unless you've specifically designated   them as someone who can see your Calendar. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p face="arial"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;In the Calendar Sharing section of your &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 204, 204);"&gt;Head&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 255);"&gt;Office&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 153);"&gt;online office, you can designate   who sees a detailed view of your Calendar. It will turn orange when you place your mouse over it. Collapsing the   Menu allows you to see more of your application on the screen at one time.
